These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AvirtualB ("AvirtualB," "we," "us," or "our"). AvirtualB operates AI SEO for Business at aiseoforbusinessavb.com. These Terms govern your use of that website, our calls, our free mini audits, and the articles and resources we publish (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
AvirtualB is an operations and AI search consultancy. AI SEO for Business is the AvirtualB practice focused on AI search visibility: helping organizations get mentioned, described correctly, and recommended by AI search engines and assistants.
2. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate agreement
Paid work, such as process mapping, automation builds, AI search visibility audits, content restructuring, training, and ongoing support, is delivered only under a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed by both parties (an "Engagement Agreement"). The Engagement Agreement sets the scope, fees, timeline, ownership of deliverables, confidentiality, and other terms for that work. If an Engagement Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Agreement controls for that engagement.
Nothing on this website is an offer that becomes binding when you accept it. Descriptions of services, process, and typical outcomes are general information, not a commitment for your specific situation.
3. Discovery calls
We offer a free 30-minute call, booked through our scheduling provider. The call is a working conversation to understand your operations and look at how AI search engines currently describe your organization. Any observations we share on the call, including a "mini audit," are preliminary, based on limited information, and provided without warranty. A discovery call does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us to anything further.

4. No guaranteed results
We work hard on every engagement, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome. In particular:
- AI search visibility. AI search engines and assistants (such as ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity, Claude, and others) are operated by third parties who change their systems without notice. We cannot guarantee that any engine will mention, cite, rank, or recommend you, or that any visibility you gain will last.
- Automation savings. Estimates of hours saved, costs avoided, or revenue gained are estimates. Actual results depend on your team, your tools, your data, and how the work is adopted.
- AI-generated output. Where an automation uses an AI model, its output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Automations we build are designed for human review where judgment is required, and you remain responsible for decisions made using any output.
5. Not legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice
Our content and our conversations with you are general business and operations information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or regulatory compliance advice. Before acting on anything with legal, financial, or compliance consequences, consult a qualified professional.
6. Your accounts, data, and systems
Our work typically happens inside software you already own. Unless an Engagement Agreement says otherwise:
- You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, credentials, and the data in them, and for having the right to give us any access you provide.
- You approve automations before they touch live data, and you are responsible for backing up your data.
- Third-party tools (for example, your CRM, project management, accounting, or AI providers) are governed by their own terms, pricing, and availability, which we do not control.
7. Free mini audits and articles
Our free mini audits, articles, templates, and frameworks are provided "as is" for your internal use. You may not resell them or present them as your own.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding agreement, to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, harass anyone, transmit malware, scrape or overload the website, impersonate anyone, or interfere with how the Services operate.
10. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, images, the AvirtualB and AI SEO for Business names and logos, and our guides and frameworks, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share our public pages with attribution, but you may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from our materials without written permission. Ownership of work we create for a client is set by that client's Engagement Agreement.
11. What you send us
If you send us questions, feedback, or ideas through our contact form or otherwise, we may use the feedback to improve our Services without any obligation to you. Please do not send confidential information, passwords, or sensitive personal data through the website. We will arrange a secure way to share access or confidential material once an engagement begins.
12. Third-party services
The Services link to and rely on third-party providers, including our website host, scheduling, email, and form-processing services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its information is complete or current.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AvirtualB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Outside of an Engagement Agreement, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AvirtualB from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
16. Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
